He holds a PhD from the University of Oviedo and a Master\u2019s Degree in Economics from the Universities of the Basque Country, Cantabria and Oviedo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"copy\">His research interests include the analysis of rebound effects and fuel demand in transport, efficiency and productivity analysis of utilities, energy networks, energy issues in developing countries, fuel poverty and electricity sector reform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"copy\">He is also a Research Associate at the Oviedo Efficiency Group and has been Academic Visitor at the Energy Policy Research Group (University of Cambridge). <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-column uagb-column__wrap uagb-column__background-undefined uagb-block-b57b8fd2 related\"><div class=\"uagb-column__overlay\"><\/div><div class=\"uagb-column__inner-wrap\">\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/section>\n<\/div><\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"featured_media":1837,"template":"people.php","categories":[],"tags":[],"position":[14],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v16.4 -
