From the beginning of (digital) time
The birth of digital marketing began back in the 80s with the rise of digital databases, and when ‘apple’ was just a fruit. Our journey began around the same time, bringing the early internet to our clients so we could work with them in real time. And thus, the digital era for Novacom (and the rest of the world) began.
Where we are today
At heart, we’re a family business. Brothers Will and Rob started Novacom with a passion for building great websites — but things have come a long way since then. Today, we proudly call ourselves a full-service digital agency (or, as they like to put it, we offer “a bit of everything”).
Our team might be spread around the globe, but we’re tightly connected — working collaboratively on everything from high-performing websites and bespoke digital platforms to creative, results-driven campaigns across every channel. And along the way, we’ve picked up some awards we’re pretty proud of.

Charitable causes and initiatives
We endeavour to spread the good, supporting charities and causes close to our hearts.
Rainforest Trust work to protect endangered wildlife and our planet by creating rainforest reserves and raising awareness. In past years, we were a patron of the charity.
Ecologi funds high-impact, climate-restoring action while prioritising meaningful change and collective action. As part of the initiative, we have planted 1,000+ trees and removed 4 tonnes of CO2 through carbon capture projects.
Shine offers specialist support, advice, and community for anyone affected by spina bifida and hydrocephalus. We have supported them for around 10 years.
Grassroots sports team help to nurture young talent and provide support in local communities. We are currently in the process of sponsoring one such team and are excited to share more when it is fully finalised! Check our insights page for future updates.
